“Realisations were very numerous. To keep things brief, I was not helping myself or the people I love.
I was not a very good community member, and I found that out very quickly. This is a good beginning, and I am very grateful I even took these small baby steps towards being a better wife, daughter, mother, friend. I fully expect and hope to take this experience into the rest of my life- all the good and the bad. It will change the tone of all my future interactions for the better and for that I am deeply grateful.”
