Taking care of our own inner balance and welfare can often be a challenge, especially when we find ourselves in a helping role. Yet, to show up to our best capacity as a helper we need to care for ourselves and ensure we feel resourced and supported.

This course will offer you a blend of self-care practices that will ensure you can continue giving to others with joy and compassion. We will explore universal principles that support a balanced way of helping others in their healing and spiritual growth.
By Joining You Will…
- Deepen your understanding of what it means to take care of the self – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
- Develop a self-care practice based on your knowledge and insights from the course.

- 1 x 2 hour group facilitation sessions per month
- 1 individual coaching session with a facilitator per month
- Peer coaching and accountability support

Your Facilitators

Annette Bonomo is a professional transformative coach and facilitator with over a decade of experience coaching individuals and groups. Her passion is helping people shift from experiences of anxiety, depression, anger, pain, and victimhood to a life lived with more joy, peace, personal responsibility and the ability to experience deeper freedom and meaning.

Fayenen Lathrenwen is a professional transformative coach, facilitator and pre and perinatal somatic therapist who over the past two decades has supported both individuals and groups to come to deeper health, purpose and fulfilment, personally and professionally. For herself and those she serves, her driving intention is to seek joyful presence in the face of drama, acceptance in life’s challenges and the personal power arising from choosing responsibility rather than victimhood.
