A Wholistic Journey of Self-Care
A 7 months program with Annette Bonomo and Fayenen Lathrenwen
Taking care of our own inner balance and welfare can often be a challenge, especially when we find ourselves in a helping role. Yet, to show up to our best capacity as a helper we need to care for ourselves and ensure we feel resourced and supported.
This course will offer you a blend of self-care practices that will ensure you can continue giving to others with joy and compassion. We will explore universal principles that support a balanced way of helping others in their healing and spiritual growth.
